Hi, thanks for writing your blog! I am also an Asian-American math teacher by day and total foodie by night. I am in my late twenties and have just started learning how to cook. I appreciate the visual step-by-step method that you use to describe each meal (especially the Asian ones). I was very apprehensive about cooking at first due to lack of experience, but your recipes are easy to follow. The first one I tried was Korean Beef Lettuce Wraps, and that made me an instant fan!
